To provide inexpensive educational travel, intercultural understanding,
and an understanding of the natural environment through hostels, hostelling,
and outdoor recreation.

Bicycle Tours
(Proceeds benefit the Pittsburgh
Hostel Fund)
The Bicycle Tours were one day, mass rides with anywhere from 500 to
2,000 riders, depending on the ride and the weather. They offer mapped
and marked routes of various lengths from 20 to 100 miles along with snacks
and a lunch. Proceeds benefit the Pittsburgh
hostel. This years rides were:

- August 19, 2001 Sponsored and run by Pittsburgh Council with assistance from the Monesson Amateur Radio Club.
